Workshops at MFSimmons (20-8-2007)

I hope that you're enjoying this unseasonally warm winter weather, and the much awaited increases in property prices! The increases have been sudden, and in some ares quite sharp (Kew reported a 60% increase last quarter!!). Market watchers are suggesting that this is likely to slow down as more stock comes on to the market in Spring, so we'll be watching closely to see what the overall year brings. In terms of adding to their portfolios, our clients have been lucky enough to find some good buys, despite the hectic market pace, so we're finding it's still worth while to do the research and beat the streets!

We've to a busy time coming up at MFSimmons with three workshops scheduled:
1. Tomorrow night's Share Workshop is booked out (21st August). We're very much looking forward to hearing Steve Delinac and Brent Lyons' views on recent market activity. We've got a lot of people coming to this event, so we'll be quite squeezed in!
2. Next week's Property Seminar (29th August) for newbies (new property investors) is also booked out.
3. We have scheduled another Property Seminar for Wednesday the 26th of September. So if any of your newbie friends and family have said that they are keen to find out more about what we do then please send them along
4. The next date for our regular panel/social workshop is Wednesday October 17th. I'll give more details about the panel as we get closer to the date.

I hope you'll be able to make it along to one of the upcoming events so that we can catch up then!

Cheers, Medine
